Mai 2024<br class=\"\" \/><br \/><\/span><\/p><div class=\"m-content-container fz-18-xxs-min \"><div class=\"grid-container grid-container--narrow grid-container--gap-bottom\"><p>&#8222;Der Aktionsk\u00fcnstler, Bildhauer, B\u00fchnenbildner, Musiker und Poet FLATZ (*1952) z\u00e4hlt zweifellos zu den au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichsten K\u00fcnstlerpers\u00f6nlichkeiten unserer Gegenwart. Die Retrospektive in der Pinakothek der Moderne fokussiert den K\u00f6rper, das zentrale Thema seines Schaffens. FLATZ\u2018 Performances, Skulpturen und multimediale Rauminstallationen sind extrem und aufr\u00fcttelnd. H\u00e4ufig kommt der eigene K\u00f6rper zum Einsatz \u2013 um damit der menschlichen Verletzlichkeit Ausdruck zu verleihen und der Teilnahmslosigkeit des Publikums entgegenzuwirken. Mit ausgew\u00e4hlten Werken von 1974 bis heute widmet sich die Ausstellung dem bedingungslosen K\u00f6rperbegriff von FLATZ, der auf unverwechselbare Weise immer wieder auch sensitive und fragile Ebenen anspricht.
